Footwear/Leather Products Chemical Testing

European Commission Decision published 2009/563/EC on 28 July 2009, establishingthe ecological criteria for footwear eco-label. The product group "footwear" shall comprise all articles of clothing designed to protect or cover the foot, with a fixed outer sole which comes into contact with the groud from the Decision.
